Service availability and changes

A premium product still has operational realities. We reserve the right to improve, adjust, and maintain the service without turning every change into a contract rewrite.

Fees and third-party services

Paid features, messaging, payments, and integrations may be subject to separate pricing and provider terms. You are responsible for charges incurred under your account and for reviewing the terms of any connected services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dustin’s Tats and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

  • We do not promise that every third-party integration will be available forever.
  • We do not assume liability for business decisions you make using the service.
  • Any mandatory consumer or legal rights remain where the law requires them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled in the courts or arbitration forum described here, unless another arrangement is required by law.
